Todd Bennett is an AV rated, seasoned litigator with over 25 years of professional experience in representing individuals in complex divorce and child custody disputes. In addition to his practice and zealous and compassionate representation of individuals and children, Todd has worked to advance the field of Family Law as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Baltimore Law School, the University of Maryland, College Park, and Anne Arundel Community College, as an author of various published articles, and as a lecturer for other attorneys and Judges on Family Law topics and concerns. Todd has been a member of the Maryland State Family & Juvenile Law Section Council, and served as a chairman of their Legislative Committee, testifying before both the Maryland House of Delegates and Senate on proposed Family & Juvenile Law legislation.

Outside of his family law practice, Todd is a happily married father of four wonderful children. Todd has previously served for several years as an elected official in his community on its Board of Governors.
